Jace Hansen DMD, MS
Board Certified Periodontist
Dr. Hansen was raised in Southeast Idaho (Pocatello). He graduated from Idaho State University with his undergraduate degree in Biology. Dr. Hansen then continued his education at the University of Louisville where he completed his DMD degree and received his masters in oral biology and his certificate in periodontology. Dr. Hansen loves continuing education and has taken many courses in Lasers (Nd:YAG, Waterlase, and Diodes), dental implants (both single and full arch placement), and soft tissue grafting (Chao Pinhole and Allen tunnel technique). He became a board certified periodontist in 2012 and maintains active statue.
Dr. Hansen has very high standards in treating his patients ethically, with respect, integrity, and honesty, providing the best periodontal services with the current technology.
When Dr. Hansen is not in the office, he can be found with his wife and 3 kids. They enjoy activities together such as: snow skiing, wake surfing, hiking, camping, white water rafting, rock climbing and traveling.
Kip Katseanes, DMD, MSD
Dr. Katseanes was born and raised in Southeast Idaho and stayed local earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Idaho State University before going on to obtain his doctorate in dental medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. After graduating from dental school, he was accepted into the Periodontology program at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Katseanes received extensive training in periodontal therapy, bone and periodontal regenerative surgery, periodontal plastic surgery, pre-prosthetic surgery, dental implant therapy and IV sedation.
He values and believes in providing his patients with the best treatment and results available. He has always possessed an incredible work ethic, strives for patient comfort and works tirelessly to obtain excellent results. As a caring periodontist, he focuses on the patients’ needs and concerns.
Dr. Katseanes loves spending time with his wife, Melissa, and five children. He is a sports fanatic, loves being out on the water and playing golf.
Christopher Sprott, DMD
Board Certified Periodontist
Dr. Christopher Sprott is originally from Napa, California. Working alongside his grandfather as a dental assistant initially exposed him to the world of dentistry and ignited his passion. After graduating high school, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis. Dr. Sprott began his dental education at Midwestern University in Illinois, earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. He then attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at a public health clinic in Santa Barbara, California. During this one-year residency, he trained extensively in comprehensive treatment planning, occlusion, prosthodontics, esthetic dentistry, and oral surgery. Upon graduation Dr. Sprott was retained as a faculty member and attending dentist, training the next class of residents, and treating medically compromised patients. During this time, Dr. Sprott’s primary interest became the treatment of periodontal disease, and he decided to focus his career in the specialty of periodontics. Dr. Sprott applied for, and was selected to attend a periodontal residency program in Kansas City, Missouri. During the course of the three-year residency, Dr. Sprott intensively trained in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease, oral medicine, periodontal plastic surgery, bone and tissue regeneration, and dental implant therapy. After his extensive training and education on the severity of periodontal disease and the connection with systemic health, Dr. Sprott is driven to provide the most comprehensive and personalized care to his patients.
When Dr. Sprott isn’t in the office, he can be found with his wife Caitlin and their two sons. Together they love camping, hiking, and spending time enjoying Idaho’s great outdoors.
